Ramucirumab

Ramucirumab a monoclonal antibody product is provided by Ruixi. Ramucirumab is an antagonist of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor. It can specifically bind to VEGF receptor and block the coordination of VEGF ligand, VEGF-A, VEGF-C and vegf-d. Therefore, ramorumab can inhibit the activation of VEGF receptor stimulated by ligand, thus inhibiting ligand induced proliferation and human endothelial cell migration. In animal experiments, ramorumab inhibited angiogenesis.
